Made with Boar’s Head Swedish fontina and Zelda’s own tuna salad recipe using albacore white tuna, finely diced organic red onion and celery. Then we top the tuna salad with our homemade olive tapenade and sliced organic red onions. Grilled to perfection on our fresh daily sourdough bread.
